CLOSING THE GAP BETWEEN THE PERSON YOU ARE + THE PERSON YOU WANT TO BECOME

 
Easier said than done, and when you wake up already tired, or are already trying to make changes but see little to no results, the thought of carrying on can be paralyzing.

Personally, my list of excuses starts to recite itself before the day has even begun, and quite frankly, I am a little sick of my own bullshit.

Selfishly I created this space online to help me ignite the fire I know I have inside of me and hold me accountable for seeing it through.

If you want to join me in working towards getting out of bed in the morning with more purpose, clarity and action, and to go to bed at night proud of how you’ve spent your day, I’d be grateful for the company.

After all, we only get one life and it feels like a massive waste when let our limitations and negative beliefs hold us back.

And if I have learnt anything, it is this… we are closer to living the life we want than we actually realise.
 

Q1, 2022: MY AIM, MY GOALS + MY RESULTS

 
January 1st 2022 – 31st March 2022
12 weeks and 5 days (89 days total)

AIM:

I’m starting small to create foundational habits that will help me implement more challenging changes throughout the rest of the year – which in turn will also build my confidence by creating small wins early to prove to myself that I can do this

FOUNDATIONAL HABITS:

Get to bed by 10pm (Sun – Thurs)
Enjoy a morning shower to quickly wake me up (every day)
Make myself a homemade juice (every day)
Take my vitamins every morning with breakfast (every day)
Spend at least 30 minutes exercising (Mon – Fri)
Spend at least 30 minutes on BTU (Mon – Fri)
Walk the dogs (every day)
Reach my daily goal on Duolingo (every day)
Read at least 10 pages in my book (every day)
